Moving Through Grief With Grace
Have you lost someone you love and feel like your heart is in a million pieces? This workshop will show you how to acknowledge and accept your feelings while grieving the loss of a loved one. You’ll understand how to feel the pain of loss without suffering.
You’ll learn how grief presents itself in the body—through the practice of yoga—and in the mind—through the practice of journaling and meditation. No yoga or writing experience needed, as you’ll be guided through the process. You’ll also be able to implement in your daily life what you learn in this workshop to transform your grief into your greatest gift.
Michelle Meier is a yoga therapist, C-IAYT, who was devastated by the deepest heartbreak of her life when losing her mom in 2012. Yoga and journaling helped heal her heart and taught her invaluable life lessons she wishes to share with you so you don’t have to suffer.
